The people of the community who want to have a better life and the opportunity to improve themselves. Person of low-income, people unemployed, senior citizen & "The Lost Boys of Sudan" are new neighbors, they walked hundreds of miles to escape tyranny and find a better life.

All students will pay a $20 registration fee to cover the cost of class materials. Charges may be waived for low-income students, people unemployed & senior citizens.. Enrollment in each class is capped at six students to ensure maximum attention to individuals.

St. Paul's by-the-Lake is an Episcopal Church serving Rogers Park since 1882 and part of the worldwide Anglican Communion. Enrollment is open to all regardless of religious affiliation.
